Metropolitan Police announce the cancellation of Police Bail for Mr Altaf Hussain and colleagues 01 Feb 2016     Views: 3802 "There is insufficient evidence to bring a criminal charge." The Metropolitan Police Service have informed Mr Altaf Hussain, the founder and leader of the Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) as well as senior MQM members Mr Tariq Mir and Mr Mohammed Anwar that their bail has been cancelled in relation to the ongoing investigation into allegations of money laundering.    The bail cancellation notice for all three states that, 'at the time of writing there is insufficient evidence to bring a criminal charge.'
