Deputy Convener of the Co-ordination Committee Dr Farooq Sattar and member of the committee Wasim Aftab congratulated the Christian community living across the country. The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has said it is necessary to eradicate terrorism and extremism in order to transform Pakistan according to the golden principles of the Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. It has become inevitable all political and religious parties adopt a solid and effective line of action for this purpose. In his message on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the Quaid-i-Azam, Mr Hussain said that the Quaid-i-Azam was averse to all forms of religious extremism. He wanted to establish a system in Pakistan which was based upon religious harmony and social justice.
