They were warmly received by Deputy Conveners of the Co-ordination Committee Dr Farooq Sattar and Senator Mrs Nasrin Jalil. Dr Sattar briefed the visiting diplomats about the changing circumstances in Karachi with particular reference to the increasing activities of Taliban. Speaking on the occasion Dr Sattar commended the efforts of Pakistan Publishers and Book Sellers Association and said that such positive steps would help in drawing the attention of young generation to book-reading. The stall of the MQM Literature Committee of the MQM drew a large number of visitors who showed keen interest in the party literature.
