MQM is struggling to empower the poor and middle-class people: Altaf Hussain
 Posted on: 4/21/2013
Diligence and perseverance brings success
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has said that the MQM is struggling to abolish the archaic feudal system, and it wanted to bring the rule of the poor and middle-class people. He said this while talking on the telephone to the office-bearers of the MQM Central Punjab in Lahore. A large number of women workers were also present on the occasion.
Mr Hussain congratulated everyone on the announcement of names of MQM candidates and said that diligence and perseverance bring success. He said that the struggle of the MQM was not for grabbing power. The MQM wanted to abolish the archaic feudal system and unrestrained capitalism.
Mr Hussain said that the MQM is an ideological movement, and everyone affiliated with the movement should work with a sense of responsibility. No one should feel discouraged if someone else was not working with sincerity as a negative way of thinking could be harmful for the movement.
Mr Hussain said everyone in the movement should work with a positive approach and with full devotion. He said if the workers of the Punjab continued to work with devotion, they would succeed one day.
The office-bearers also congratulated Mr Hussain and said that they would not disappoint him and the MQM.
