Asks provincial minister for health Dr Sagheer Ahmed to visit the affected citiesThe Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has expressed deep concern on the outbreak of measles in some cities of Sindh. He expressed his grief and sorrow on the deaths of several children due to measles. He appealed to Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ebad, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah and the Sindh government to take urgent steps for controlling the spread of measles and for providing health facilities to the affected children. He directed provincial minister for health Dr Sagheer Ahmed to visit the affected areas and utilize all government resources for bringing cure to the children suffering from the infectious disease. He said that no negligence should be tolerated in this regard.
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) has congratulated the Pakistani Cricket Team on their victory in the One Day International match against India. He said that the players worked hard and played with a team spirit. They raised the head of the Pakistani nation by their victory. He hoped that the cricket team would improve its performance in the coming matches and bring more laurels to the country.
