He said that the hard-hearted terrorists responsible for blasts in passenger vans were killing innocent people in order to create instability and unrest in the country.

The Co-ordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) has condemned the NEPRA for allowing the KESC an increase of Rs. 1.64 per unit in its tariff in terms of the fuel adjustment. It termed the decision against the people of Karachi saying they were using electricity at higher tariff as compared to other parts of the country. It said that the hike in the tariff in the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan was highly unjust.
