Attacks on the media offices and harassment of journalists amounts to attack on the freedom of press
The founder and leader of MQM Mr Altaf Hussain condemned attack on the GEO News and harassment of staff and journalists present in the office by miscreants.

 In a statement Mr. Hussain said, “Attacks on media offices and harassment of journalists amounts to attack on the freedom of press. The miscreants involved in the nefarious activities do not deserve any sympathies.”

Mr Hussain has demanded that the government take notice of the attack on the GEO News office and harassment of journalists and provide protection to journalists.
