MQM issues list of workers arrested by security forces in ten days
Muttahidda Qaumi Movement (MQM) International Secretariat, London has released a list of MQM workers arrested by the paramilitary Rangers in past few days in Karachi – Pakistan.
According to the list, Police, paramilitary Rangers and other security forces personnel in plain clothes have accelerated the pace of arbitrary arrests and have in recent 10 days arrested dozens of MQM workers. Whereabouts of many of recently arrested MQM workers yet undisclosed and these workers have also been enforced to disappear.
The plain-clothed personnel of paramilitary Rangers and other security forces arrested MQM workers Shahzad Ali, Jawaid Siddique, Qusd Jaffery, Irshad Jaffery and Kamran Soonara from Central part of Karachi, New Karachi.
The plain-clothed personnel of paramilitary Rangers and other security forces arrested MQM workers Zafar Phool of MQM Unit-103-B Shah Faisal Colony, East of Karachi and Muhammad Rizwan, Shoaib, Tanveer, Faizan, Mohsin, Bilal Anees and Syed Tajdar Hyder from Qasba-Aligarh Colony in West of Karachi. The whereabouts of these MQM workers is also undisclosed as established trick of paramilitary Rangers and security forces.
Conversely, The plain-clothed personnel of paramilitary Rangers and other security forces arrested MQM workers Amir of MQM Unit 147 in Federal B. Area and Pervez Anwar of MQM KW&SB Unit in Central Karachi.
The personnel of paramilitary Rangers arrested two of MQM workers Muhammad Riaz and Muhammad Kalam from Saeedabad and Nizam Ud Din from Manghopir areas in west of Karachi. MQM worker Asad has arrested from Gulistan-e Jauhar in East of Karachi.
The personnel of paramilitary Rangers have arrested four of MQM workers Afzal Qureshi, Irfan Sheikh, Kamran and Jawaid Piracha of Union Council-5 of Ranchore Lines in West of Karachi.
The paramilitary Rangers and other security forces have been conducting raids in different parts of Karachi so as to arrest more MQM workers.
