My children have been snatched away from me: Altaf Hussain

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain on Tuesday has condemned the heinous attack on the Army Public School killing as many as 127 innocent students in Peshawar saying that it feels like his children have been snatched away from him.
MQM chief said that he feels extremely dejected at the Peshawar incident.

In a statement issued from
London Secretariat, MQM Chief condemned the incident and termed it the
blackest tragedy of the country’s history. He directed his party workers
to announce a 3-Day mourning and abandoned all political activities.

Leader of MQM condemns massacre at Peshawar school and demands Pakistani government action

Altaf Hussain, the founder and leader of MQM, one of Pakistan’s largest political parties has condemned the attack by Taliban militants on a school in Peshawar, Pakistan.
Mr Hussain strongly condemned the massacre, saying, "Words are not enough to express our grief and condemn this heinous attack. Our prayers and wishes are with the teachers, children and their families."

Rabita Committee condemns arbitrary arrest of Rehan Akram

The MQM Coordination Committee strongly condemned the arbitrary arrest and disappearance of member of Fact Finding Committee (FFC) and former Sector In-charge Rehan Akram by Sindh Rangers.
In a statement, the Committee said that Rehan Akram son of Mirza Ekram was arrested by Rangers personnel, when he was busy with routine work at his laboratory (MMS) near Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Muttahida Quami Movement London on Monday observed martyrs day to revere those who gave their lives to the movement, the recitation and prayer congregations held in London at local hall.
The participants paid homage and venerated the sacrifices of all the martyrs on the occasion entreated to Almighty Allah to confer higher rank and rest their souls in peace. They also prayed for the elder brother of Mr. Hussain, Nasir Hussain, his Nephew Arif Hussain, members of the parliament, and workers who sacrificed their lives for the movement.
