Give special powers to law enforcement agencies responsible for the security of important defence installations: Altaf Hussain

Pakistan’s economic hub is within the range of terrorists.
The founder and leader of MQM Mr. Altaf Hussain has strongly condemned the attack on ASF Camp, which is adjacent to Karachi Airport, by terrorists. He has appealed to the federal and provincial governments to give special powers to law enforcement agencies responsible for the security of important defence installations.

In a statement Mr. Hussain said that Pakistan’s economic hub was within the range of terrorists. He demanded that an action plan should be made for the elimination of terrorists.

Mr. Hussain said an emergency meeting chiefs of armed forces of Pakistan, security agencies and paramilitary forces should be convened to develop a strategy for  securing defence installation and elimination of terrorists and this plan should executed immediately.

“Rangers and Police are fighting terrorists bravely. They deserve praise for their work. I pray to Allah to help these brave sons of the nation, “ Mr. Hussain prayed for security forces.

Mr. Hussain has appealed to Karachi’s citizens especially businessmen and shop owners to remain alert considering the critical situation of the city.
