Altaf Hussain, Rehman Malik hold talks

The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr. Altaf Hussain had talks with PPP Senator Rehman Malik on the current political situation of the country.
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, both the leaders discussed the current wave of terrorism and the tactics to tackle the menace. They also condemned the terror attacks on Imambargahs, police headquarters, schools and other public places and expressed deep sorrow and grief over the losses of innocent lives.
Discussing the international scenario, they reached that Afganistan should cooperate with Pakistan in the war against terror because both the countries had badly suffered by this scourge. They also appreciated Pakistan army and security agencies to take action against the terrorists and other banned-outfits. They paid rich tribute to the martyrs of the war against terror for their sacrifices to save the country and people.
