War against terror: Altaf Hussain demands Int’l community to support Pakistan

The Founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), said that the
time was not to raise slogans against the government to leave but to
unite against the terrorist monsters.
In a statement issued from
London Secretariat, MQM Chief condemned the incident and termed it the
blackest tragedy of the country’s history. He directed his party workers
to announce a 3-Day mourning and abandoned all political activities.

Altaf Hussain, the founder and leader of MQM, one of Pakistan’s largest political parties has condemned the attack by Taliban militants on a school in Peshawar, Pakistan.
Mr Hussain strongly condemned the massacre, saying, "Words are not enough to express our grief and condemn this heinous attack. Our prayers and wishes are with the teachers, children and their families."

Rabita Committee condemns arbitrary arrest of Rehan Akram

The MQM Coordination Committee strongly condemned the arbitrary arrest and disappearance of member of Fact Finding Committee (FFC) and former Sector In-charge Rehan Akram by Sindh Rangers.
In a statement, the Committee said that Rehan Akram son of Mirza Ekram was arrested by Rangers personnel, when he was busy with routine work at his laboratory (MMS) near Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Muttahida Quami Movement London on Monday observed martyrs day to revere those who gave their lives to the movement, the recitation and prayer congregations held in London at local hall.
The participants paid homage and venerated the sacrifices of all the martyrs on the occasion entreated to Almighty Allah to confer higher rank and rest their souls in peace. They also prayed for the elder brother of Mr. Hussain, Nasir Hussain, his Nephew Arif Hussain, members of the parliament, and workers who sacrificed their lives for the movement.

Altaf Hussain strongly condemns attack on journalists in PTI rally

The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), Mr. Altaf Hussain strongly slammed the acts of harassment and attack on private TV channels reporters, news acnhor and their DSNG vans.
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, MQM Chief said throwing bottles, eggs, hooting and rendering maltreatments to the senior journalists, including news anchor Sana Mirza, senior reporter Amin Hafiz and attack on Geo News and ARY News DSNG vans in PTI rally and sit-ins. He slammed the insulting and misbehaving attitudes for the journalists or their crew members and termed it the reflection of their policy to restrict the journalism for free and fair reporting.
