ISLAMABAD: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Tuesday staged a token walkout from the National Assembly against Karachi law and order situation.MQM member of National Assembly Syed Asif Hasnain had earlier drawn attention of the government demanding across the board action against the criminals.
Even today five people have been killed, he said adding, we demand that government should work restore peace in Karachi. He, however, stated that his party did not demand action on ethnic basis. "We want action against the criminals across the board", he added.
After expressing concerns, the member and his colleagues staged a token walk out to register their concern.
