While some political parties were finding it difficult to put up suitable candidates for elections, the Muttahida Qaumi Movement had no dearth of educated and honest people, Altaf Hussain said on Thursday.
The difficult nomination form had perturbed the corrupt feudal lords but a large number of MQM candidates had already submitted their nomination forms, the MQM chief said while talking to the office-bearers and workers of the MQM Southern Punjab.
Altaf hoped that the message of the MQM would spread throughout Pakistan and the people would lay the foundation for a new Pakistan by voting for the MQM.
The party would give surprising results in the elections and lead Pakistan on the path of progress and prosperity, he added.
Speaking with the MQM workers of Upper Punjab in Rawalpindi, he said if his party got the chance, it would continue to serve the people instead of indulging in corruption. “No one will be able to resist the revolution of the poor in the country,” he warned.
