The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr. Altaf Hussain appealed to the government and the opposition to avoid any possible confrontation and violence because the country’s political situation could not bear any shock.
Mr. Hussain, while talking to members of MQM Coordination Committee, various wings and departments at Nine-Zero, said that negotiation should not be stopped to settle the differences. He appealed to avoid illegal options and confrontations to release the nation from intense anxiety.
He said that the country’s political situation was getting bad to worse and needed wisdom to deal it. He said it was PM’s responsibility to show maturity and should positively reply to the legitimate demands of the opposition.
Mr Hussain said that it was his desire that the government and the opposition should settle their issues through negotiations. He said the government should take notice what Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Chief Imran Khan and President Pakistan Awami Tehreek Dr tahirul Qadri were saying.
He said Pak-army engaged fighting with country’s traitors and terrorists. He said the government and opposition should set aside their political interests and should settle the issues with wisdom and maturity.
