MQM only voice for deprived people: Altaf Hussain

The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr. Altaf Hussain said that to abolish MQM, thousands of its workers and supporters were martyred but it still existed despite all the discriminations against it.

Mr. Hussain said while talking to the gathering regarding Eid-ul-Fitr at London Secretariat that MQM was the only voice for the deprived and unprivileged class. He said no one was before MQM to support poor masses and it has to bear the consequences for supporting them.

Members Coordination Committee, members International Secretariat, workers and office-bearers of UK-Unit and their families were present on the occasion. Mr. Hussain’s daughter Afza Altaf especially came to attend the gathering.

MQM Chief Altaf Hussain felicitated all his workers and their families on the occasion of Eid. He recalled and appreciated the recently murdered MNA Tahira Asif and other workers. He also prayed for all the martyrs and the drown victims of Sea-view for their absolution.
