Rabta Committee appeals media to relay morally boosted programs

MQM Coordination Committee appealed to the owners and representatives of the media houses to ensure their vital role for the support of the ongoing army-operation against the terrorists in North Waziristan.
In a statement, the Coordination Committee said the soldiers who involved in the fighting for country’s sovereignty and pride, needed to boost up. It said history repeated itself and the army and the nation needed the same spirit and enthusiasm, what they had during the war in 1965. It said media had to show national responsibility and relay national anthem and songs to boost the entire nation.
The Coordination Committee also referred its Chief Altaf Hussain’s statement regarding media’s support for the ongoing army-operation and recalled that he appealed to media to express its solidarity with Pakistan army. It also appealed to the media owners to start nationally spirited programs to boost the morale of the army.
