Address to MQM workers and KKF volunteers in Sukkur
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has said that no other political party besides the MQM has come forward for helping the families affected by the horrific fire in Baldia Town. He said this while talking to the office-bearers and workers of the MQM and volunteers of the KKF at a relief camp in Sukkur established for to the people affected by recent floods.
Mr Hussain said that the MQM preaches and practices the concept of serving the humanity. The MQM does not go after narrow partisan interests rather it seeks to help the fellow human beings. It is only the MQM that stepped forward for helping the people after the incidents of fire in the factories in Karachi and Lahore. The MQM workers are busy in helping the affected people day and night. The MQM has also started arranging ration for two months for the families who lost their loved-ones in the blaze.
Mr Hussain praised workers, office-bearers, doctors of the medical aid committee, and volunteers of the Khidmat-i-Khalq Foundation for their tireless efforts in helping the people affected by flooding.
