I want to see scenes of love and harmony among my people. People should develop a spirit of love to help each and forget the word ‘hate’.
The founder and leader of MQM Mr. Altaf Hussain has said that during the last five days people have witnessed unforgettable scenes of love, devotion and popular attachment to their leader. He added that these kind of scenes of devotion were rarely witnessed by people in the world.
Mr. Hussain expressed these views while addressing London and Pakistan Rabita Committees and different wings and departments of MQM at Nine Zero. On this occasion Rabita Committee members and office bearers of different wings greeted Mr. Hussain with shouts of joy.
“I want to see scenes of love and harmony among my people. People should develop a spirit of love to help each and forget the word ‘hate’. People of all faiths prayed for me, including Hindus, Sikhs and Christians. Your support and prayers have always helped me to come out of crisis. I experienced jail and faced courts in Pakistan. My encounter with police in London did not frightened me. Allah helped me to face them. I experienced police’s attitude. Hospitals in London do not have Pakistani channels, but I could feel spiritually that people of different faiths were praying for me. When I come out of the hospitals, friends told me they had arranged prayer gatherings where Hindus, Sikhs and people of other faith could come and pray, “ Mr. Hussain said
He said to the participants of meeting to convey his prayers and thanks to all workers and supporters. He praised the office bearers and workers for their ideological and spiritual attachment.
