The Supreme Court’s verdict in Hakeem Saeed Murder Case is a triumph of justice: Rabita Committee

The Supreme Court’s verdict has once again proved that Hakeem Saeed Murder was a conspiracy to malign MQM.
MQM’s Rabita Committee has termed the Supreme Court’s verdict in Hakeem Saeed Murder Case a triumph of Justice. The Supreme Court stayed the verdict of Sindh High Court. The Sindh High Court had honorably released MQM’s workers who were framed in the case.
Rabita Committee said that a state operation was launched against MQM under the pretext of Hakeem Saeed’s murder. MQM was accused of the murder and governor rule was imposed in Sindh. An MQM worker Fasih Jugnoo was arrested and brutally tortured in custody and executed extra judicially.  They deplored a media trial was launched against MQM  for the alleged murder for years. News reports were published and columns were written to malign MQM.
Rabita Committee said that they thanked Almighty Allah that Supreme Court has exonerated MQM after Sindh High Court. 
Rabita Committee said that MQM’s rivals had been levelling false accusations against MQM for a long time. They added that ‘Jinnahpur Conspiracy’ was blamed on MQM and the people who had hatched this conspiracy themselves accepted that it was a fabricated case. 
They said that the Supreme Court’s verdict had once again proved that Hakeem Saeed Murder was a conspiracy to malign MQM. They thanked Allah for this and congratulated the people and worker on the judgment by the Supreme Court. They  prayed for the workers who had been murdered under the pretext of this case. They said that Allah will punish those people who have victimized MQM’s workers.
