Co-ordination Committee terms the killing a cowardly act of terrorismFounder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has expressed profound grief and sorrow on the martyrdom of Fazal Ahmed, unit in-charge of unit 113 of Baldia Sector. He paid tributes to the deceased worker for his services in the party and sympathized with the bereaved family members. He also prayed Allah to shower his blessings of the soul of Fazal Ahmed and give patience to the grieving family.
Meanwhile the Co-ordination Committee of the MQM has strongly condemned the killing of Fazal Ahmed by the firing of unknown terrorists and termed it a cowardly act of terrorism. It said that the terrorist were working on a deep conspiracy to foment violence and bloodshed in the city by such acts of terrorism.
The Co-ordination Committee said that the MQM is ceaselessly working for bringing peace in the city and targeting of the MQM workers, office-bearers and sympathizers by criminals and terrorist elements was highly reprehensible.
The Co-ordination Committee condoled with the family of Fazal Ahmed and prayed for the speedy recovery of the persons injured in the incident.
The Co-ordination Committee demanded of Governor Sindh Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad, Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah and law-enforcing agencies to take notice of the killing of Fazal Ahmed by the firing of terrorist. It urged them to bring the perpetrators to book and given exemplary punishment according to law.
