Change Afza’s birthday gatherings into prayer and memorial gatherings: Altaf Hussain

Distribute all gifts among the poor
The founder and leader of MQM Mr. Altaf Hussain and his daughter Afza Altaf have made an appeal to MQM’s office bearers and workers to change Afza’s birthday gatherings into prayer gatherings for the security and survival of Pakistan and memorial gathers of martyrs who have laid down their lives in their struggle against injustices.
In a statement issued from London Mr. Hussain said, “ In the past 10 days scores of MQM workers have been martyred, including a senior worker Mustaq Ahmed. They killed brutally. It is not right celebrate the birthday celebration because of tragic incidents.”
Mr. Hussain has urged to distribute all gifts among the poor. Today is the birthday of Afza Altaf. She has turned 12.
