MQM UK appeals to the president, army chief, DG ISI and federal interior to stop police and rangers repression

Human rights violations are being committed in the name of targeted operation

MQM’s UK Organizer Dr. Salim Danish and the organizing Committee have condemned the martyrdom of North Karachi sector worker Muhammad Aadil and expressed their grief and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
In a statement they said, “MQM workers and supporters are being targeted in the name of targeted operation. They are being subjected to brutal repression. They are being illegally detained and subjected to inhume torture and killed extra judicially. As a result of this state repression 11 MQM workers have been executed extra judicially. Few days ago we have buried our worker Salam, who was murdered and his body was dumped in the Shah Latif Town. They have also killed our worker in detention by torture. Human rights violations are being committed in the name of targeted operation.  MQM’s workers and Muhajir supporters are being targeted. 
Dr. Danish and the Organizing committee have made a demand to the President Mamnoon Hussain, Prime Minister Nawaz Shareef, Army Chief Gen. Raheel, DG ISI Gen. Zaheer and Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan to arrest people responsible for the murders and prosecute them. 
They appealed to the president, army chief, DG ISI and federal interior to stop police and rangers repression.
