Altaf Hussain condemns suicide blast near GHQ in Rawalpindi

People of Pakistan should get united against the brutal attacks for forgetting all differences
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has strongly condemned the suicide attack in R. A. Bazar in Rawalpindi near the General Headquarters of the Pakistan Army. He appealed to the people of Pakistan to get united against the brutal attacks of the Taliban by forgetting all differences.
Mr Hussain appealed to the political and military leadership to take a decision without wasting further time if the dialogues will be held or not. He said if the decision was not taken soon it would create despondency in the police, armed forces and other law-enforcing agencies. It would also create a state of fear which may increase with time.
Mr Hussain appealed to the federal government, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and the military leadership adopt a concrete strategy for the national security by taking the people of the country in confidence. He said it was necessary to save precious lives and building the morale of the armed forces.
Mr Hussain offered condolences to the grieving family members and prayed Almighty Allah to shower His blessings on the people martyred in the blast.
