Altaf Hussain praises MQM workers & office-bearers for selfless services on Eid Milad-un-Nabi

Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain has paid tributes to all the workers and office-bearers of different wings of the party and volunteers of Khidmat-i-Khalq Foundation (KKF) for attending the processions of Eid Milad-un-Nabi and organizing reception camps on the procession routes across the country, including Karachi and Hyderabad.
In a statement, Mr Hussain said that it was heartening to note that law and order situation on the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi remained peaceful throughout the country and people celebrated the occasion with due solemnity and religious fervour.
He said that the MQM leaders, elected representatives, office-bearers and workers not only organised reception camps, but they also ensured provision of water and food among the participants of the processions of Eid Milad-un-Nabi.
The MQM chief also lauded the party’s Medical Aid Committee and paramedical staff for rendering selfless services to the participants of the processions.
