Hyderabad (Jan3, 2014):Members of MQM coordination committee Kanwer Naveed Jameel and Ashfaq Mangi have said that MQM had joined PPP in coalition government only to serve the people of Karachi, Hyderabad and all other cities of Sindh but on the other hand PPP despite solving problems, created a new divide within Hyderabad by making a separate municipality and created the environment of linguistic prejudice and hatred. They were addressing the score of people in Bagh-e-Mustafa ground in Latifabad, Hyderabad on Friday evening. People belonging to different age groups joined the gathering in large number and representing different areas of, Hyderabad They said that whether any natural calamity or state operation, Mr. Altaf Hussain has never left Hyderabad alone. Hyderabad is the city that belongs Mr. Altaf Hussain. The people enjoying the majority are forgetting the fact that nature has its own way of turning the events and with the historic decision of SHC the false pride of PPP has been thrashed by nature. The congratulated the people of Hyderabad and mentioned that the year 2014 is the year of revolution and people speaking Urdu and Sindhi language are united under the leadership of Mr. Altaf Hussain and the result of local body’s election would be very positive.
Member of MQM’s central executive committee Nabeel Gabol said that Mr. Altaf Hussain has always highlighted the real public issues in his politics and with his indiscriminate service the people of Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Nawabshah, Mirpurkas and other cities of Sindh would vote for the candidates of MQM in local body’s election. He further said that Mr. Hussain lives in the heart of people and no conspiracy can detach people from their leader. He said that PPP was not interested at all to have local body’s poll that is why they brought these amendment in the local body’s act and attempted to defame the spirit of democracy. On this occasion In-charge of organizing committee Omer Qureshi said that Mr. Hussain calls Hyderabad his home and he has started also started this revolution form his home today. The forces engaged in conspiracies against MQM must understand that they couldn’t succeed in past and would certainly fail now as well. MQM MNA Rana Ansar said that they have started election campaign from today and Mr. Altaf Hussain’s nominated candidates would be winning from across the Sindh. She said that people have always trusted in Kite (MQM’s election symbol) and no conspiracy has stopped us getting to the new heights. Local body’s elections are the nursery of democracy and judgment of SHC has validated this fact. Naveed Shamsi, the zonal in-charge of Hyderabad zone said on this occasion that thousands of people who have attended today’s gathering have proved that forces that are engaged in conspiracies against MQM are destined to be failed against the unity of people…
