Barrister Farogh Nasim, elected unopposed as a senator on the seats reserved for technocrats called the founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain and thanked him for nominating him on the MQM ticket. Mr Hussain congratulated Barrister Nasim and advised him to use his office and abilities for the oppressed and underprivileged people of the country instead of advancing personal interests. He prayed for Barrister Nasim that Allah might keep him firm and steadfast and increase his abilities. He also prayed that Barrister Nasim might become a pillar for establishing a system based on justice. Barrister Nasim assured Mr Hussain for the confidence reposed in him and said that he would use his abilities for the benefit of the people of the country.
