Altaf Hussain slams killing of religious leader

Strongly condemning the brutal murder of religious leader, Maulana Shams-ur-Rehman, Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain said that continuing killing of religious leaders was a part of a conspiracy aimed at inciting sectarian riots and creating law and order situation in the country.
The MQM chief demanded of the government to investigate into the murder of Maulana Shams-ur-Rehman, immediately arrest the culprits involved in the heinous crime and give them exemplary punishment.
Expressing his sympathies with the bereaved family, Mr Hussain prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and give courage to the members of bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
