ARSON AND CARNAGE ON AND AFTER MAY 9 AND RELEVANT QUESTIONS YET TO BE ANSWERED
The post-May 9 series of events and actions have raised hundreds of questions in minds of the people of #Pakistan and every single human who has an open mind.
The post-May 9 actions that seem no boundaries to halt have dramatically produced certain interesting narratives from individuals related to various aspects of life have emerged. These questions drive me towards a peculiar direction that is paved with authoritative impositions. So, the free minds also continue to raise questions which need proper answers.
Q.1: A narrative has emerged stating that "Pakistan is from the army". My question is whether Pakistan is from the army or the army is from Pakistan?
Q.2: Another narrative has emerged stating that the attack on the Lahore Corps Commander Residence is 9/11 for Pakistan. So, let me ask whether the attack on the GHQ and two-day long occupation on it, the killing of military personnel, the attack on Kamra Airbase, the attack on Naval Base, the attack on ISI's headquarters, the attack on Army Public School #Peshawar, the barbaric act of decapitating heads of Pakistan army soldiers and dumping their mangled bodies on the streets, playing football with their heads, attacks on mosques, imambargahs, schools, markets, and almost all the shrines of the elders of religion in the country have not been considered as the second 9/11. Why is that?
Q.3: If the tragic events of May 9 fall under the category of "treason" according to Pakistan's constitution and law, then was the act of Rangers attacking the court, vandalizing the court room and arresting
@ImranKhanPTI
from the courtroom, not unconstitutional and unlawful? Does this act of violating the sanctity of the court not fall under the category of "treason"?
Q.4: If the case of clearly implicated civilians accused can be heard in military courts, then why can't the cases of military officers and personnel who attacked the courtroom and violated its sanctity be heard in regular civil courts?
Q. 5: Has any military general who repeatedly violated the constitution and implemented martial law in the country been charged with treason?
Although Article 6 of Pakistan's constitution clearly states that whoever breaks Pakistan's constitution will be considered a traitor. So why hasn't any case of treason been filed against any general who violated the constitution?
I await the answers to my questions.
