Public officials of the high cadre in state's civil administration, beaurucracy and those on high political positions shouldn't shove the masses to confront the armed forces of Pakistan. It would be fair enough to nab any citizen of the country in case there is a concrete evidence and documented proof. Thus, the law enforcers can go ahead to arrest any accused of crime, corruption or misuse of his office. Any leader of any political party can't be exempted if the offence is on record with proof and evidence. The process to be initiated would be lawful as described in the constitution. Nonetheless, the process of arresting with predominantly biased and initiated to fullfil the desires and vested interests of someone and violating the sanctity of the courts through barging into the prohibited premise would be a candid clear manifest of breaching the constitution, the law and the judiciary. Prior to promulgating any law in one's own interests and victimisation of any accused whether a sheer political activist or the party head by the power corridors would only be a mala fide act and the people in power corridors must look around and avoid unconstitutional and unlawful actions. In addition, the ISPR's presser that ‘s arrest was justified also sounds unconstitutional and unlawful because the ISPR is not a court to decide what is legitimate and what is not. I ask the ISPR to prove the justification of its presser and involvement in political and legal matters. Some might be annoyed with my questions, but regardless of their annoyance, I would keep raising questions in the vast interest of the country and the people of the country. The military establishment of Pakistan must refrain from political engineering directly or indirectly. I've no doubt that the unconstitutional and unlawful actions of a few of any political party can't be justified, but the confrontation with the masses could only deteriorate the peace and tranquility. Henceforth, the military establishment and the incumbent federal government must avoid hurried actions. Instead, they must show some sanity and act sensibly. They shouldn't punish the peaceful protesters. It is seen on occasions that the miscreants penetrate the protestors to exploit the scene and tactfully instigate the protestors and then sabotage the entire process of peaceful protest. The state authorities should have acquired the mechanism and skills to differentiate the miscreants from the peaceful protestors. I demand that all the innocent protestors arrested should be forthwith released
