Altaf asks Pakistanis worldwide to become 'Judge' against state discrimination
LONDON. April 11:
The PDM, a group of political & religious parties are ruling over Pakistan. The allied government is led by Muslim League-N and the Prime Minister of this government is Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif who is the younger brother of Mian Muhammed Nawaz Sharif. The later is in self-exile in London. The people seek a positive answer from the leader of PDM allied government, PM Mian Shahbaz Sharif as who is impeding the smooth return of his elder brother Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif to Pakistan despite that he is the chief executive of the country? It is pertinent to mention that Mian Nawaz Sharif has also received a Pakistani diplomatic passport during his stay in London.
The PM has to answer this question very honestly and truthfully and avoid a sheer political compulsion.
Muttahidda Qaumi Movement's (MQM) undisputed founder and leader Mr Altaf Hussain raised this and many following questions. He has now reached, as usual, Pakistanis worldwide making him 'Judge' in his case of state discrimination and the bullying tactic of the ghoulish establishment. The MQM undisputed founder and leader also critically questioned the one of the sitting judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Justice Qazi Faiz Issa.
To the sitting judge of the apex court, Justice Qazi Faiz Issa, the MQM supremo asked him that since he has earned a reputation of being a courageous judge. However, while he attended the Parliament on the special occasion of the Golden Jubilee of the Constitution of Pakistan, he had described two aspects of his inspirations of his courage and strength. One he referred to almighty Allah and the other, the book of the constitution. The very fact is that the military dictators had distorted, breached, suspended and discarded the very book of the constitution he referred to as one of his inspirations for courage and power. He may be in a better position to assert or reject as if the courts took any of the ghoulish military top brass to task till now? Even, more sadly, a sitting justice of law, Justice Mazahir Ali Naqvi had in absolute violation of the same constitution imposed an embargo on him (Altaf Hussain), the undisputed founder and leader of the MQM with millions of followers across the world. The embargo was only for 6 months. The embargo restricted Pakistan's main stream media and newspapers to carry, broadcast or publish any of my statements, photos or speeches since September 2015. However, the unconstitutional embargo has exceeded the 6-month dozens of times and the embargo has entered the year 2023. Alas! He deplored.
He asked Justice Issa, "Do you feel this unlawful embargo is in lines and per the universal declaration on freedom of expression and personal and collective basic human rights?"
This embargo has deprived my millions of followers, a whole of Muhajir nation and myself of the basic legal, constitutional and human rights, he commented. Astonishingly, Justice Issa declared such a dreadfully mutilated, helpless and disrespected constitution as protected and sacred book. What a pity! He remarked.
Lastly, Justice Issa has to weigh himself in the balance of the constitution and judicial history whether his claims are worth believing or even listening to or not, the MQM supremo said.
Mr Hussain pointed to a very alarming situation that is brewing in Pakistan. He referred to special Parliamentary addresses and statements from politicians. He reminded more that during the session of the Parliament, one of the senior members of the National Assembly from Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa addressed the Parliament. Eminent MNA Mohsin Dawar had in particular addressed. Side by side, a politician Amil Wali who is the leader of ANP released his challenging statement. The subject matter of the addresses of the MNAs and the ANP leader was the same. He continued to say that they warned the state of Pakistan, particularly, the military establishment to refrain from any further military adventure in Pashtun belt in the disguise of military crackdown against the offenders and terrorists. These Pashtun leaders in a very harsh tone said that the Parliament is adopting a bill to conduct another military operation in Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa and tribal belt, the MQM supremo further informed.
He said that the Pashtuns leaders had plainly warned the state saying 'No More Military Operations in Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa and tribal belts. In case, they warned, the military launches a fresh military operation in any of our (Pashtuns) areas, the Pashtuns will never allow them. But, if a military operation launched despite our warnings, we will resist the military operations with full force until the masterminds and producers and directors of the Taliban are wiped out once for good.
Mr Hussain asked the people of Pakistan to imagine for a second what the establishment would do if such warnings were from his mouth.
They would have butchered my people after placing them into long queues like sacrificial goats or through missiles from their warplanes, he asserted.
He categorically asserted that, "I always leave my point of view before the people for the truthful and unbiased rejection or endorsement."
