The Religious Scholars should give the teaching of religious harmony in their sermons during the month of Moharram Hyder Abbas Rizvi, Ahmed Saleem Siddiqi, Dr Saghir Ahmed and Adil Khan

The members of Central Coordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement Hyder Abbas Rizvi,, Ahmed Saleem Siddiqi, Dr Saghir Ahmed, and Adil Khan attended different congregations of the Mourners of Hussain yesterday in different areas and Imambarghas to maintain sectarian harmony, law & order and for religious tolerance.

Haq Parast Member of Provincial Assembly MPA Abdul Haseeb and incharge of MQM Ulema Committee Javed Ahmed and other members were also present on the occasion.

According to the details the members of the Central Coordination Committee attended the central congregation of Maulana Shanshah Hussain Naqvi on Nishtar park and later on met Maulana Shanshah Hussain Naqvi and conveyed them the special message of the Founder and Leader of Mr Altaf Hussain for the promotion sectarian harmony and to maintain peace and tranquility during the month of Moharram.

Similarly the members of Committee attended the congregations held at Imambarghas located at Kharadar and Solider Bazaar. 

While talking to the Maulana Shanshah Hussain Naqvi and other religious scholars during the congregation the member of Central Coordination Committee said  Mr Hussain sincerely want to see more & more  demonstration and establishment of peace & tranquility and promotion of religious patience during the month of Moharram and in this connection members of MQM Coordination Committee , elected representatives and office bearers are continuously in touch with Shia Ulemas and office bearers of mourners committees like previous years on all the levels.

The members of Committee appealed to the religious scholars that they should disseminate the message of unity and brotherhood among different sects during their sermons and also make special prayers for the health and long life of Mr Hussain.

 Maulana Shanshah Hussain Naqvi welcomed the delegations of MQM during the occasion of Moharram ul Haram for the promotion of sectarian harmony & maintenance of peace & tranquility and termed their gesture as a practical step to curb sectarianism.

The religious scholars said that the presence of the city’s largest representative party in today’s mourning congregation is a proof of the fact that MQM want to establish unity, brotherhood and love among different sects so as to foil the conspiracies of causing harm to the unity among Muslims.

MQM is playing vital role for the establishment of peace & sectarian harmony across the country, the religious scholars further added.

They made prayers to Almighty Allah for the success of positive and concrete efforts of MQM & Mr Hussain & for the health and long life and Founder and Leader of MQM Mr Hussain.
