Muharram-ul-Haram is a sacred month. The Muslim Ummah should have deep reverence for this month: Altaf Hussain

The founder and leader of MQM Mr. Altaf Hussain has said that Muharram-ul-Haram is a sacred month. Human history has witnessed supreme sacrifices in this month. The  Muslim Ummah should have deep reverence for the holy month.
In his special message on the Muharram, Mr. Hussain has said that this month tells Muslim Ummah to respect one another’s beliefs and ideologies. He added that they should not fight over sectarian differences. He said that those who violate the sanctity of this month could not be Ummah’s friends. 
Mr. Hussain has made an appeal to people of all schools of thoughts to maintain peace and sectarian harmony during this month. They should not incite sectarian feelings. Instead they should frustrate the plans of people who want to start a sectarian violence with their inflammatory speeches.
He has urged scholars and people to attend religious gatherings because their participation will enable to maintain peace and sectarian harmony. 
Mr. Hussain has directed MQM’s workers and office bearers across Pakistan play their role for the sectarian harmony and brotherhood during the month of Muharram and foil the conspiracies of people who do not respect the holy month of Muharram.
