Mr. Altaf Hussain, Founder and Leader of MQM and APMSO, has congratulated all his workers, mothers, sisters, elders, children and the entire nation on the 43rd foundation day of APMSO.
In his statement, he said that the name and message of the righteous movement which was founded 43 years ago in the form of APMSO at Karachi University has reached all over the world and all its major chambers today.
In order to end our struggle for the rights of Mohajirs and other oppressed people and for the revolution of the poor and middle class in the country, we were repeatedly subjected to the worst state atrocities, thousands of our comrades were taken away from us, hundreds were disabled for life. Thousands were arrested and imprisoned, hundreds were forced into exile, the worst state operation against us still continues today, thousands of our comrades are still suffering in various prisons, countless workers are still missing, Central office called Nine Zero is sealed, our offices have been demolished the rest of the offices are sealed, the extreme of oppression is that we are not even allowed to recite the Fatiha at the monument of our martyrs.
Mr. Altaf Hussain said that in spite of all these state atrocities, our struggle for the attainment of our rights, supremacy of justice and liberation of the country from the tyranny of the military elite is continuing and will continue, God willing.
Mr. Altaf Hussain said that I salute to all my loyal, determined and faithful comrades who did not gave up their loyalties in spite of all coercion, state atrocities and unfavourable conditions and they are still attached to the movement while maintaining their loyalty. Under the leadership of their brother Altaf Bhai, the movement is continuing its struggle to achieve its mission and goal. All such loyal comrades, youth, mothers, sisters and elders are my crowning glory.
He said that on the occasion of the 43rd foundation day of APMSO, today we reiterate our commitment that we will not let the sacrifices of our martyrs go in vain. No matter what the circumstances, we will continue our struggle to achieve our mission and goal.
