Clarification:
4th November 2020

In reference to an earlier press release issued from MQM, on 4th November 2020, was incorrect and released without approval, we have issued the correct version of the said news, where the High Court of Justice on 16th October 2020 sealed by His Honour Mr Peter Knox QC on 19th October 2020, whereby an interim application which was made on behalf of MQMP by Mr Amin Ul Haq to seize control over trust properties which rightfully belong to the MQM was dismissed, the Honourable Judge however did clarify that if any Trust asset was to be disposed off prior permission should be sought from the honourable court. A copy of the sealed order dated 19th October 2020 is placed on our website to clarify any confusion, the trial date has not been fixed as of yet.
