MQM, USA stages protest in Washington, DC against Illegal occupation of Sindh islands

Washington, DC: 17th October 2020

MQM, USA held a protest against the ongoing injustices in Sindh, illegal occupation and sale of islands along Sindh coast, illegal occupation of resources of Sindh and Balochistan by Punjabi Establishment, sale of Sindh minerals and land to China, Occupied Peaceful protest in front of Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC on Saturday, October 17, 2020, against the ongoing military atrocities, illegal arrests, extrajudicial killings in Sindh and Balochistan.

The demonstration was attended by a large number of Sindhi-speaking Sindh’s and Urdu-speaking Sindh’s, the permanent residents of Sindh.

In this demonstration, the demonstrators drew the attention of the powers around the world to how the resources of Sindh and Balochistan and the islands of Sindh and Balochistan are being sold to China by the corrupt military regime of Pakistan. The state-wide atrocities, extrajudicial killings, illegal arrests, and missing person’s issues that have plagued Sindh for many years now must end. Today we reiterate our commitment that we will continue the struggle for the independence of Sindh under the leadership of Quaid-e-Sindh Mr. Altaf Hussain and the day is very near when the permanent residents of Sindh will see the sun of independent Sindh.
