News regarding MQM's property case in London completely misleading: MQM Spokesman

LONDON. October 18, 2020: 

Muttahidda Quami Movement's (MQM) spokesman has categorically refuted the biased, one-sided and misleading reports regarding MQM's property case in London.

In a statement issued from the International Secretariat of MQM here in London, the spokesperson said that the Bahadurabad gang now called as MQM Pakistan had filed a case against the properties of MQM in the Business and Property Courts of England in the London High Court of Justice.

Nowhere in the judgment of the Honourable Court dated October 16, 2020 in the case is mentioned that these properties of MQM have been "frozen" but the freedom to sell these properties has been granted with the permission of the court.

Henceforth,the news published in English daily 'The News','Geo TV' and Urdu daily 'Jang' in this regard is completely wrong, biased, one-sided and misleading.
