Indian
Media is weary of bringing the atrocities on Mohajirs and other oppressed
nations in Pakistan to limelight – MQM Founder & Leader
LONDON.
Sep 29, 2019: Muttahidda Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) founder and leader Mr Altaf
Hussain said that the entire Islamic World and even the entire world has
realised that war is solution to no issue or conflict but following the
footprints of dictator Zia, Pakistani PM Imran Ahmed khan Niazi is pre-obsessed
with the idea of uniting the Muslims across the globe and hence at the behest
of Pakistan’s military establishment, he tried his best to familiarize the Muslim
Ummah vision in context with the issue of Kashmir. Pakistan’s military
establishment has always misused Islam to carve out means of loot and personal
interests and they are still trying to dupe the world and people of Pakistan on
this subject of Islam.
He
expressed these views while talking to his millions of followers and Movement
affiliates across the world live through social media, Sunday.
While
offering a comparison of trip of Pakistani and Indian PMs to the United States
of America on the occasion of General Assembly session of the United nations
(UN) among all world leaders and state executives, he said that Indian PM
Narendra Modi was warmly welcomed while Imran Khan was nowhere in the list. PM
Modi was in limelight wherever he went and the Houston event was splendid with
regard to cordial relations between PM Modi and U. S. President Mr Donald J.
Trump. It looked as if they were bosom friends since their childhood. This
difference was only because of primary fact that Modi had his peoples’ mandate
while Imran Khan was a ‘Selected by military’ PM. Only those with direct public
mandate are respected worldwide.
He
said that though Imran Khan tried to lure the Islamic world over the Kashmir
issue but to no avail as the OIC and the rest of the world has dropped such
foolish ideas and they have fully realised that he was trying to pull certain
countries to confront India. Imran Khan has failed to realise that the time has
changed and the days of Jihadist threats are over now. That is why; Pakistan could
not even get the support of Saudi Arabia and United Arab emirates on the issue
of Kashmir. Now, no one could dupe the world in the garb of Muslim Ummah
(Unity).
He
said that Imran Khan in his address to the UNGA said that Kashmir has been
locked down since past 50 days by the Indian troops and thus he tried to tell
the world that he was in deep shock on that.
Mr
Hussain, instead, called on the U. S. A., and world to send their representatives
to Pakistan to oversee the tragic life and misery of Mohajirs, Balouchs,
Pashtoons, Sindhis, Seraikis, Gilgiti, Baltistani and Hazarwals at the hands of
the military of Pakistan. These nations in Pakistan are facing genocide at the
hands of the military establishment of Pakistan. They are witch-hunted,
targeted, enforced to disappear and lastly are executed extrajudicially because
they have showed the courage to ask for their usurped rights. Mass graves are a
proof of cruel mindset of Pakistan’s demonic military establishment. Referring
to custodial deaths of Prof. Dr Hassan Zafar Arif and Aftab Ahmed, he said that
the then Military’s chief General Rahil Sharif had committed to carry required
investigations on their deaths in Rangers custody and take the responsible to
task but he did not keep his promises. Mothers and families of Mohajir martyrs
want to pay homage to their martyred sons and brothers but they are treated
brutally, tortured and arbitrarily arrested and enforce to disappear. Military,
Rangers and Police equally inflict atrocities on them. Mohajirs are living
under undeclared Martial Law since 2013 and all activities including welfare,
charity and political are not allowed. Military has demolished all party
offices of MQM and even that his house has also been sealed under the strict
military surveillance.
Addressing
to the leaders and people of India, Mr Hussain said that Mohajirs used to live
peacefully with their Indian brothers and sisters prior to the partition but
the division of India divided them and Mohajirs had migrated to Pakistan form
Uttar Pardesh (UP), CP, Bihar, Hyderabad Deccan, Luknow, Agra, Delhi, Aligarh
and other parts of India. Mohajirs have, however, left their ancestors graves
in India. Even after the passage of 70 years, Mohajirs in Pakistan don’t have the
right of equal citizenship as those sons of the soil and they are being treated
as fourth degree citizens of Pakistan.
He
said that if compared to deaths occurred in India Occupied Kashmir, Pakistan’s
military and its paramilitary forces have killed more Mohajirs, Balouchs,
Pashtoons, Sindhis, Hazarwals, Gilgiti, Baltistani, Shiite and other religious
minorities. We Mohajirs are facing genocide here in Pakistan and the ghoulish
military establishment wants to eliminate us, killed more than 22, 000 Mohajirs
forcefully disappeared more than 1, 000 Mohajir youth and around 10, 000 are
languishing in different jails in different provinces. Dedicated Mohajir
graveyards are flooded with bodies of innocent Mohajirs.
He
said, “I want to move the International Court of Justice (ICJ) but the acute
financial crunch is the greatest impediment ahead to that move.” “U. S. A.,
United kingdom and India or any other country having strong belief in humanity
and rights of humans comes forward for financial assistance to MQM.”
MQM
founder and leader said that he would be ready to face and bear any penalty if
he would fail to prove the case of Mohajirs and other oppressed Balouch, Pashtoon
nations in the ICJ.
He
lamented on role of Indian media and said, “Indian Media is weary of
bringing the atrocities on Mohajirs and other oppressed nations in Pakistan to
limelight.”
Indian
media should expose the demonic Pakistan’s military regarding its policy of
crushing Mohajirs and other oppressed nations. The international community has to
come forward for the help of Mohajirs, Balouchs, Pashtoons and other oppressed
nations in Pakistan and it is lawful per the charter of the UN. A group of
former diplomats of Pakistan had already asserted that it is legal to seek
foreign help in case of state oppression and it is in the UN’s charter that the
organisation could reach any nation for help if facing expulsion, repression
and state atrocities.
He
urged the democracies of the world especially the UN that they should step
forward to save Mohajirs from being eliminated at the hands of the ghoulish
Pakistani military establishment.
Mr
Hussain said that Pakistani PM Imran Ahmed khan Niazi lied to the UNGA that
Pakistan has banned all extremist and Jihadist groups. The fact is that almost
every single terrorist, extremis and Jihadist gang is freely operating in
Pakistan. Jamat Ud Dawa kingpin and India most wanted terrorist Hafiz Saeed is
living a lavish life under the patronage of the military establishment and his
bank accounts once frozen have now been reactivated and restored. PM Imran Khan
talks about atrocities on Kashmir and other minorities in India but he
seriously lacks to speak on atrocities and injustices done to Mohajirs, and
religious minorities like Christian, Hindu, Ahmedi and Shiite Muslim. In
Pakistan, young Hindu girls are under constant threat as they are kidnapped and
forced to convert to Islam and after their forced conversions, they are married
to Muslims sans their will and their parents’ will. Their places of worship are
under constant threats and are being destroyed. Shiite Muslims and Ahmedis are
being killed after they are unlawfully declared as infidels. They are
restricted to rent property for living or business and they are also restricted
to freely move in markets.
He
said that he has been accused of betraying Pakistan because he fearlessly
speaks on issue and rights of minorities and oppressed nations across Pakistan.
Pakistani establishment treats him as Indian spy, an agent of RAW because of
his bold stances. He said that he fears none but Allah and would keep exposing
the tyrants.
He
said that PM Imran Khan told the UNGA that he would have raised arms and
weapons if he would have lived in India administered Kashmir and faced
injustices. PM Imran Khan should also tell the UNGA and the world how it would
be unlawful if oppressed Mohajirs, Balouchs and Pashtoons take arms and weapons
in hands for the safety of their families and for saving their sisters and
mothers from being raped at the hands of army personnel. How their reaction
could be taken as act of treason and terrorism.
Addressing
the Chief of Army Staffs (Pakistani military chief) General Qamar Jawed Bajwa
and head of the Inter-services intelligence (ISI) that he is a strong supporter
of Mr Nelson Mandela’s ‘Truth and Reconciliation Commission’ and once again
offer them to stop military crackdown against Mohajirs and establish that
‘Truth and Reconciliation Commission’ and then he would still convince
Mohajirs, Balouchs and Pashtoons for peaceful dialogue and reconciliation. Balouchs
were deceived after army of Pakistan had sworn by the holy Quran that they
would not be hurt but treated equally and with justice but after they fell in
trap, they were all executed. Under the ‘Truth and Reconciliation Commission’
things should be respectfully dealt with and promises should be honoured with
respect and dignity and those involved in crimes should be taken to task and
mistakes of the past should not be repeated.
He
said that he has no personal grudge against any and simply wants to see justice
is done to all.
