AMJAD SABRI’S ASSASSINATION AN IRREPARABLE, COLOSSAL LOSS: ALTAF HUSSAIN

The Muttahidda Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) founder leader Mr Altaf Hussain has paid rich tribute to slain famed Qawwal, Amjad Sabri on his third anniversary.In his message, the MQM founder leader said that the slain famed Qawwal Sabri was Pakistan’s popular Qawwal, who was brutally assassinated three years back in Karachi. His assassination had resulted in an irreparable and colossal loss to the country’s people.He said that the law enforcement authorities particularly the paramilitary Rangers had attempted to fraudulently implicate the MQM in his cold blooded assassination but time proved their conspiracy for maligning the Movement and exposed their nefarious designs against the Movement.The investigations had later also proved that the Jihadi outfits were involved in his assassination and the assassins were later arrested, tried and sentence 3d to death from military court, he added.

Mr Hussain said that Sabri’s assassination was a colossal and irreparable loss to the entire people of Pakistan. On his third anniversary, the MQM and all affiliates pay him a rich tribute and salutations.He prayed for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace in highest abode in the heaven and his aggrieved family may find enough courage to bear that huge loss of precious life.
