Muttahida Quami Movement’s Member of Provincial Assembly Bilquees Mukhtar has expressed condemnation of the gang rape of two sisters by police officials in Ghotki. She has demanded an investigation into the tragic incident.
Bilquees Mukhtar said that sexual assaults on women have caused public outrage. It is a cause of great concern for us that police officials are involved in such heinous crime. She has demanded of Governor  Sindh Ishrat-ul-Ebad, Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah and Inspector general of police to take notice of this tragic incident and order an investigation into the incident and prosecute the police officials responsible for the crime.
