APMSO condemns college girl’s assault

Condemning the Friday’s incident in which an innocent college student was assaulted, All-Pakistan Muttahida Students Organisation’s (Women Wing) on Saturday demanded immediate action against the perpetrators of the heinous crime.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the AMPSO said that occurrence of such barbaric incidents at a time when a targeted operation against criminals was under way in the city was a matter to ponder over and a highly condemnable act.
The Organisation said that that since such barbaric incidents which have been taking place in the city off and on in the city had created fear not only among girl students but their parents were also highly perturbed and, as such, those involved in the heinous crimes deserved no concession.
The APMSO demanded of President Mamnoon Hussain, Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif, Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Sindh Governor Dr Ishrat-ul-Ibad Khan and Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, to take immediate notice of such barbaric incidents, arrest the culprits involved, give them exemplary punishment, besides protecting life and properties of the victims.
