MQM-PASHTOON COUNCIL TO GO HAND IN HAND FOR RIGHTS IN PAKISTAN

 MQM founding leader Mr. Altaf Hussain converse over telephone with PC leaders in Toronto; demands equal rights for oppressed Pashtoons and Mohajirs in Pakistan; Condemns use of force by state against minority oppressed nations

 LONDON. April  27, 2018: MQM founding leader Mr. Altaf Hussain has conversed over telephone with senior leaders of Pashtoon Council  based in Toronto, Canada and during his conversation with them, exchanged views in detail on deprivations, inflictions, and atrocities on Pashtoon folks and Mohajirs in Pakistan. Those he exchanged views were Pashtoon Council Canada leader Prof. Siraj Khan, Canada Human Lawyers Forum President Mr. Jehangir Bukhari and Pashtoon Council Board of director of Swat chapter Mr. Jawaid Khan Yousufzai.

In his telephonic conversation with Pashtoon leaders, Mr. Husain said that he wants equal citizenship rights for Pashtoon and all other communities in minority in Pakistan and that the state of Pakistan is bound for dispensing justice and rights to them as the majority is enjoying.

He said that use of force against deprived nations on raising their voices for rights was totally biased and demonic.

The leaders of Pashtoon Council lauded Mr. Hussain for his support for the Pashtoons in Pakistan and told him that the need of the hour was that both the nations should strive united for the rights that the state of Pakistan has so far usurped. They also condemned the state for repressive tactics applied on different minority nations in Pakistan that are on protest against usurpation, repression and injustices, Both the sides of the conversation agreed for struggling for their rights united.

The Pashtoon leaders also discussed about united plan for a proposed mega public gathering of the Pashtoons in Karachi and shred with each other pros and cons of the strategy on the Pashtoon public gathering.
