PROF. ARIF WAS ASSASSINATED, ISI, RANGERS, SSP RAO ANWAR’S NOTORIOUS GANG OF KILLERS INVOLVED: ALTAF HUSSAIN
If the law enforcing and medico-legal authorities are true in their claims that he died of natural cause then why his body was found miles away from his residence and why he was found died on the rear seat of his personal car? Why he was not checked by the personnel of Pakistan navy under which the entire is protected through check posts and CCTVs.
United Nations, Amnesty International and International Court of Justice to despatch their teams to look into the custodial death of Prof. Arif so that not only the cause of his death should be established but the murderers of thousands of Balouchs and Mohajirs should also be exposed
LONDON. January 24, 2018: MQM founder and leader Mr. Altaf Hussain while rejecting the chemical examination report on the ascertainment of death cause of slain MQM senior leader Prof. Dr Hassan Zafar Arif has said that he died oif quite unnatural and man-made cause as he was assassinated in custody of ISI, paramilitary Rangers and the killer cops’ gang of SSP Rao Anwar. The elements that are executing innocent Mohajirs, Balouch and people of tribal areas should seek almighty Allah’s forgiveness for their heinous crimes of killing the innocent and helpless.
He said that he was to protect Pakistan and for that purpose he looks forward to all progressive and liberal citizens from all walks of life to join him in his struggle and it is time for the righteous and honest army Generals to step forward and take the corrupt and criminal army Generals to task.
He expressed these views in his latest televised conference from London.
Pakistan is getting into more complex situation than it was once in 1970 and it is the case that he always forwarded sane and workable solutions to powerful military establishment during his 40 year long struggle.
He said that Pakistan was the result if untiring struggle of 100 million Muslims of the sub-continent India under the remarkable leadership of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan and they were not Pakistan’s elite, feuds, industrialist and so-called leaders, who have occupied the country as the true owners and heirs. Pakistan was created because of a reason that the Muslim minority of undivided India were not willing to live a life of second degree citizens under the dominant Hindu majority. Pakistan and India became two separate independent states on Aug 14 and 15, 1947 respectively. At present, Pakistan’s total population is 220 million while India’s population has exceeded 1.25 billion. Despite that huge difference o f population, India is blessed with oneness of nation and unity but in Pakistan there is no ethno-linguistic pluralism and the 220 million people are widely divided on ethnic, social and cultural basis. The only reason of this dilemma in Pakistan is the forceful occupation of resources by the elite, feds and military junta as their sly consortium has pushed the country towards the absolute devastation, which needs a saviour. In today’s remaining Pakistan, Punjab is the largest province wit regard to population and this very province has usurped the resources of the entire country. The military establishment that also belongs to Punjab had in past deprived Bengalis of East Pakistan, deprived them of their lawful rights. Though, the military establishment invented a parity system, which they did not allow to work, instead.
While referring to a book, Fifty years of freedom – gains and losses, he has authored said that he had with detail presented statistics as how people of east Pakistan (now Bangladesh) were deprived of their due lawful rights in all sections of life and that discrimination led the Bengalis to part ways from Pakistan and become a separate and independent country and they did it.
He said that this unending discrimination has prevented different ethnic folks of Pakistan to become one Pakistani nation and even today, in every province and in particular, people of Punjab are occupying the posts that should be under the locals and for example, the National database and Registration Authority (NADRA) offices in Karachi absolutely lack employees from Mohajir, Sindhi, Balouch and Pakhtoon folks but only Punjabis are there. This is worst of all usurpation of rights and resources. Though, Pakistan has four provinces today but the fact is that Seraiki, Hazarwal, Biltastani and people of tribal areas are demanding freedom and separation from Pakistan. This situation could be reversed if the military establishment allows the formation of many administrative units and thus perhaps the integrity of the country might be protected through cultural pluralism and the concept of one nation might come into being. Military establishment forcefully occupied Balouchistan against the will of people of Balouchistan but with the passage of time, the people of Balouchistan started merging into Pakistan but sorry to say they are still treated like animals due to which they have now decided not to live in Pakistan but to get separated and free. Verily, similar is the case with Sindhis, Pakhtoons, and people of tribal areas in the northwest of Pakistan.
Condemning the assassination of Naqeebullah Mehsood in Police custody, he extended his condolences to the aggrieved family and said that no matter whether the victim of fake encounter is Punjabi, Mohajir, Sindh, Balouch or Pakhtoon, it is condemnable and is tantamount to murdering the whole mankind. MQM easily realizes the agony of the aggrieved families as MQM has been facing genocide of Mohajirs and as yet thousands have been killed in fake encounters.
Condemning murder of little girl Zainub after she was raped, he said that her murder has opened a debate on Pakistani TVs and the guest are advocating for creating awareness among the young students at school level. However, the fact is that he has since long been guiding and teaching the younger generations for sex-related matters and has also authored a book titled as Philosophy of Love in which homosexuality, lesbianism, fornication and adultery in the name of love have been explained with detail. The book was placed under severe criticism and the he was also heavily criticised for authoring such a landmark book for the awareness of the young.
He said that is this not a double standard to declare murders of Zainub and Mehsood as act of tyrant but say that Aftab Ahmed and Prof. Arif died of natural causes. a day earlier, a fake chemical examination report was announce in which the cause of death of Prof. Arif was mentioned as natural, due to cardiac arrest and sadly the JPMC director Dr Seemi Jamali also stated under pressure that Prof. Arif died of natural cause. Conversely, Prof’ Arif’s family was held under tremendous pressure and was forced to accept his death was natural and not from torture.
Stating the actual, he said that Prof. Arif had on January 13 left for his residence from his office located in Fareed Chambers in sadder area to see her daughter who was bound for London but he was picked by the security forces and tortured to death. His body was found from his personal car from Ibrahim Hyderi area.

The crime scene is protected across the world by as the crime scene of Benazir Bhutto was washed aways immediately, the crime scene of Prof. Ari’s assassination has also been made a puzzle. Only two cops were punished over negligence while the real killers are yet free and the entire PPP is enjoying luxuries over her dead body and the PPP in connivance with the ISI is protecting the SSP Rao Anwar, the killer of Mehsood.
Mr. Hussain appealed to the United Nations, Amnesty International and International Court of Justice to despatch their teams to look into the custodial death of Prof. Arif so that not only the cause of his death should be established but the murderers of thousands of Balouchs and Mohajirs should also be exposed.
Chief Justice of Pakistan has taken suo motu notice on murder of Mehsood in fake encounter but he failed to show the same spirit on Prof’ Ari’s assassination because he knows that he was killed by army, ISI and Rangers. The Rangers had also picked and tortured a working journalist who was in University of Karachi to cover the condolence reference on Prof. Arif arranged by Karachi University teachers association. Media was instructed not to telecast news about him. The decision the Chief Justice is taking and the orders he is passing today are sheer political and not legal or constitutional. He had recently stated that an army of 15000 lawyers is with him and that he would crush anyone who would dare to challenge him. He should explain whether he is a Judge or commander of armed forces?
He said that with the flow of emotions he had cursed the country and was declared as traitor but he was not alone but all those who have now been pardoned were involved in that act of cursing.
He said he was never an enemy of the country and would never be but he would keep struggling for the oppressed people, against the corrupt feudal elite system.
He said that he progressive and liberal and hates religious extremism and believes in equality. the moderation, tolerance and liberalism is the key to protect Pakistan from devastation or else the extremism would ruin the country.
He urged upon all progressive and liberal people to join him for saving the country from the destruction.
He said that he wants to save Pakistan and it would be imperative to take the corrupt army Generals to task. People of Punjab are for the first time in history struggling for democracy and in order to save the country they have to come forward against the atrocities of military establishment, ISI and MI and should struggle for the elimination of feudal system from the country. Every native of Pakistan has to play his role.
Mr. Hussain appealed to the COAS General Qamar Jawaid Bajwah to take notice of assassination of Prof Arif in custody and hold investigation on it. Chief Justice of Pakistan should constitute a judicial commission, release MQM workers in jail without lawful charge and dispense justice to the affectees,
He offered prayers for the departed souls of Prof. Arif and all martyrs of the MQM.
