PAKISTAN’S MILITARY IS OUT OF ISLAM ON BREACHING OATH, VIOLATING CONSTITUTION BY MEDDLING INTO POLITICS: ALTAF HUSSAIN
LONDON. November 28, 2017: Muttahidda Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) founder leader Mr. Altaf Hussain has while addressing Muftis (Decree awarding clerics) and learned religious scholars belonging to all sects of Islam in Pakistan asserted that each and every single soldier and officer of Pakistan’s army has been slef-ousted from Islam, meaning they are no more Muslims because they have repeatedly violated the oath under which they were bound to adhere to their assigned obligations and never get involved in politics. They have violated their oaths.
No matter if they are Generals of soldiers, all have taken them out of the circle of Islam. The oath, which army officers swear in at the time of joining army and vow to stick to it at all cost is as under;

In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.
I do solemnly swear that I will bear true faith and allegiance to Pakistan and uphold the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan which embodies the will of the people, that I will not engage myself in any political activities whatsoever and that I will honestly and faithfully serve Pakistan in the Pakistan Army (or Navy or Air Force) as required by and under the law.
May Allah Almighty help and guide me (A'meen).
Are you still not aware of the fact that Pakistan’s army has breached and violated the constitution of Pakistan and the oath they took and that the army has always been meddling into political parties and the politics. Therefore, on the basis of breaching and violating the constitution and the oath, they have transgressed the Islam and are now out of the circle of Islam and that they have ceased to be Muslim. If they want to make a come-back to the circle of Islam, they are supposed to beg forgiveness from Allah, take oath once again and recite and firmly adopt the true meanings of Kalima Shahadat in the presence of a learned, qualified, honest and pious Islamic scholar, who has also been declared as eligible for awarding religious decree (fatwa) failing which all in Pakistan army would be declared as Non-Muslim army of Pakistan.

NB: All those, who would decline to seek the renewal of faith of Pakistan’s army as Muslim will also be doomed as guilty and ousted from the circle of Islam. (Allah knows better what is right).
This decree (Fatwa) is issued per scripts of reasoning present in all books of Islam. Someone might question as how Altaf Hussain could issue such a decree then he should be referred to the era of Islamic caliphate. It is therefore, advised not to make a hue and cry and just prepare to seek renewal of faith of Pakistan’s army as a whole. In case, critics do not agree with me should then prepare them for a Munazra (face to face public arguments and cross arguments). Further, all Pakistan’s army officers and soldiers have to pay the compensation as per law of Sharia for breaching and violating the oath and the constitution failing which they would remain as non-Muslims and out of the circle of Islam. In order to determine the value of compensation, they should contact a Mufti nearby about the extent of compensation as breaking the oath always jeopardizes people and the country. What could be the compensation of such lethal wrongdoings?
