PIB Kingpin Dr Sattar exposes him as anti-Mohajir agent: Convener Nadeem Nusrat

Whatsoever allegations Dr Farooque Sattar has leveled on Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan are sheer baseless, deceptive and part of tactic of maligning MQM. The allegations are also insulting to martyrs who laid their lives for the movement of rights of Mohajir Nation. However, MQM Pakistan would never cease to struggle for the rights of Mohajir Nation, at any cost and under any circumstances.
MQM Coordination Committee Convener Mr. Nadeem Nusrat expressed these views while addressing a press conference here in London at the International Secretariat. He was flanked by Coordination committee members Mustafa Azizabadi, Qasim Ali Raza, Dr Saleem Danish, Muhammad Ashfaque and Human Rights counsel Adil Khan.
He said that state of Pakistan is crushing Mohajirs through military crackdown. The rulers have turned deaf as they are not willing to Mohajirs’ voice of concern. Pakistan’s military is on the same page with the government and what could be worst in this scenario that Pakistan’s courts are ignoring Mohajirs for their just demands of justice, which is in practical denied. There is no authority ready to address Mohajirs’ agonies and help them stay safe from atrocities, enforced disappearances and extrajudicial executions.
Mr. Nusrat said that MQM has reached international community seeking their help for stopping the injustices, atrocities, enforced disappearances and extrajudicial executions but the puppet of the military establishment and the kingpin of PIB faction Dr Sattar has at the behest of his military masters alleged MQM of working against the national interests of Pakistan, which is contrary to the facts and completely baseless and shameful.
The MQM Convener Mr. Nusrat said that he had not called on U. S. Congressmen in darkness of night but in broad daylight and had informed them about the atrocities on Mohajirs by the state of Pakistan and her institutions especially the security forces. The details of those meetings were also circulated to media, both Pakistani and international media.
It is strange that Dr Sattar is now alleging MQM of working against Pakistan while it is an established fact that until August 22, 2016, he had also been very active in the U. S. A. on behalf of MQM with regard to atrocities on Mohajirs. Dr Sattar had accompanied him in meetings with U. S. Congressmen, leaders of American Think Tanks and other influential persons in the U. S. A. How come he now allege of MQM of working against Pakistan while he had been grossly been engaged in the same process till Aug 22, 2016.
While exposing Dr Sattar, the MQM Convener Mr. Nusrat also showed pictures of Dr Sattar with U. S. Congressmen, as a proof.
Pakistan’s former military Chief General (retd.) Rahil Sharif and top Pakistani leadership had also been meeting with Senator Mr. John McCain in recent past and if their meetings were quite lawful, how they could blame us as guilty? He questioned.
The problem with Dr Sattar is that he has accepted to turn a puppet to Pakistan’s military and what he is saying and doing is as per exact dictation from his new masters. He has compromised over his conscious and has traded on the blood and sacrifices of MQM martyrs, added Mr. Nusrat.
“Dr Sattar has made his best to divert peoples’ attention from today’s hottest issue of releasing Raymond Davis in which ex-ISI Chief General (retd.) Pasha had played a pivotal role.” “He gave a press conference on direct orders from his military masters.”
It is interesting to note that MQM had produced a million march in support of Pakistan’s military and had offered salutations on the commencement of military operation Zarb-e Azb against terrorist organisations but Dr Sattar said MQM founder leader and father of Mohajir Nation Mr. Altaf Hussain had spoken ill to Pakistan’s military. A Pakistani journalist Saleem Safi interviewed Father of Mohajir Nation Mr. Hussain but forces behind the curtain did not allow GEO TV to telecast that interview. Mr. Hussain had not only regretted but also tendered unconditional apology to people of Pakistan and military top brass for unintentionally uttering a harsh word but the military as arrogant and tyrant as it is rejected that apology and accelerated the pace of deadliest crackdown against MQM and Mohajirs.
Is this not strange that Father of Mohajir Nation Mr. Hussain’s criticism on Pakistan’s military is considered as treason but none ever dared to ask the Generals as why they create factions in political parties and why they leveled a shameful allegation on MQM for creating a separate homeland, Jinnahpur in which context they massacred thousands of innocent Mohajirs and also that they withdrew that allegation after a decade, Mr. Nusrat continued to asking the critics.
The MQM Convener Mr. Nusrat said that father of Mohajir Nation Mr. Hussain had on Aug 22, 2016 allowed Dr Sattar to lead the party on his behalf for a limited time but the later turned traitor and occupied MQM, changed the MQM constitution and inserted his own name as sole chief and the Parliamentarians, who joined him for their petty an vested personal gains tabled a resolution in the assembly demanding trial of father of Mohajir Nation Mr. Hussain for treason under article 6 of the constitution – What a shame!
Dr Sattar has crossed all limits of ethics, morale and bindings as Muslim by declaring MQM’s efforts for taking the agonies of Mohajirs inflicted to them by the state of Pakistan, to international canvass, as enmity to Pakistan, slammed Mr. Nusrat.
The ancestors of Mohajirs had created Pakistan and this is the history, which nobody can alter or change but today, Mohajirs are victim of state tyranny, are deprived of their basic rights and treated like third grade citizens.
“Today, I vociferously pronounce that I would never chant the slogan – Long Live Pakistan – unless and until Mohajirs get equal rights”, said the MQM Convener Mr. Nusrat. “Pakistan has to acknowledge Mohajirs and give them their rights.”
MQM does not care what puppet Dr Sattar says as the party would continue to struggling for the rights of Mohajirs by raising the Mohajir issue on all available international forums, he vowed.
Speaking on the occasion, MQM Coordination Committee member Mustafa Azizabadi said that in forty years struggle of MQM for the rights of Mohajirs, U. S. Congress had lifted the issue of Mohajirs for the first time. For the first time, the Mohajirs issue, the state repression on Mohajirs is being raised on international forums and the international community is becoming aware of atrocities on Mohajirs by the state of Pakistan. This has perplexed the enemies of Mohajirs especially ruling Junta of Pakistan.
Slamming Dr Sattar on his allegations, Mr. Azizabadi said that what Dr Sattar said in his on-order-of-his-military-masters press conference was a pure and perfect evidence of his anti-Mohajirs mentality and has only pleased the enemies of Mohajirs. He has insulted Mohajirs who are already being crushed since 1947. He has insulted Mohajir mothers, sisters, brothers and parents who lost their sons and brothers during unending genocidal crackdowns on Mohajirs. He has insulted those Mohajir families, whose sons and brothers are in unlawful detention of security forces of Pakistan and have been forced to disappear.
Mr. Azizabadi said that Dr Sattar has himself exposed of his anti-Mohajirs mind, policy and ambitions as Mohajirs have now fully realized he is an agent of enemies working against Mohajir Nation.
No matter if handful of traitors have compromised over interest of Mohajir Nation but Mohajir Nation is united under the dynamic leadership of Father of Mohajir Nation Mr. Hussain. The devoted, loyal and enthusiastic workers of MQM are working for the movement as usual though they are working underground.
He fervently hoped that Mohajirs would continue to struggling for their rights under Father of Mohajir Nation Mr. Hussain and would reach their destination soon.
