Speaker Sindh Assembly Siraj Durrani visits MQM’s hunger strike camp

Speaker Sindh Assembly Agha Siraj Durrani visited MQM’s hunger strike camp at Karachi Press Club and expressed his solidarity with the protesters demonstrating against the ongoing operation to victimize and suppress MQM.
 
The Speaker during his visit individually enquired about the health of demonstrators while showing solidarity with them and said that he was in Islamabad and sooner he reached Karachi visited the demonstrators camp. He said that he would leave no stone unturned to resolve the issue.
 
He said, “He is the Speaker of Sindh Assembly and is responsible to maintain balance among the government and the opposition to run the house.” He said that he would talk to Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah because MQM was also his own people and their issues should be resolved soon.
