Altaf Hussain mourns on Quetta blast

The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr. Altaf Hussain strongly condemned the horrible bomb blast at a hospital in Quetta left killings of more than 50 lawyers, journalists and others.
 
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, MQM Chief expressed his deepest sorrow and grief over the unfortunate deaths of innocent civilians. He said that the terrorists deliberately slain the Balochistan Bar President Bilal Kansi in a targeted-killing and during his treatment at a hospital they carried out a suicide blast to multiply the damage.
 
He termed the incident as a national tragedy and said that the entire country was saddened after it. He said that it was sheer terrorism and brutality to kill innocent civilians and said that the terror activities were escalating day by day despite ongoing operation through National Action Plan and failure of security institutions.
 
Mr. Hussain said that he could personally feel the pain of the bereaved families of the victims and offered his heartfelt condolences and sympathies to them. He also prayed Almighty Allah to confer high eternal ranks to the demises and give courage to the families to bear the loss. He categorically supported the Supreme Court Bar’s decision to observe a 2-day mourning for the sad victims of the incident.
