KARACHI, 16-07-2016:
 The nominated-deputy Mayor of Karachi Dr Arshad Vohra said that through a devised conspiracy Karachi was being ruined by the authorities and the industries in Karachi was deliberately being defamed for consuming bigger quantity of water to conceal the water theft in the city.
 
In a statement, the nominated-deputy Mayor said that the planned crime of selling water through tankers to the people by water mafia originally caused all the scarcity of the basic essential. He said that the Water Board management occasionally announced anti-theft drive against the water tanker mafia but nothing ever came up in any result.
 
He said that the actual criminals were always got shelter by the corrupt management of Water Board and the authority controlled the water distribution system. He said that rather arresting them and curbing illegal theft of water by the tanker mafia, the management hypothetically accused industry for the water crisis.
