 Posted on: 7/12/2016
The Deputy Convener Kanwar Naveed Jameel said that it was 30th protest at Karachi Press Club (KPC) within three years of Karachi operation against the discriminations with Muhajirs and MQM, especially against the extra-judicial killing of MQM innocent workers.

Addressing to the participants of a protest demonstration against extra-judicial killing of MQM’s innocent worker Riazul Haq at KPC, the Deputy Convener said that they had continuously been protesting against custodial killings of political workers by law enforcement agencies. He said that their demand for peace was only crime in the eyes of authorities.

He said that when the Rangers were sent to maintain peace in the city they started murdering MQM’s innocent workers in extra-judicial and custodial killings. He said that some of arrested workers were released after they changed their loyalty to the so-called Kamalay party but MQM had sympathies for them.

Kanwar Naveed Jameel said that Muhajirs had already given more than two millions innocent lives for foundation of Pakistan and also rendered thousands of sacrifices to save the country. He said that it was MQM Chief Altaf Hussain demanded an army operation in Karachi against the heinous criminals and jet-black terrorists.

He said that they all gathered to registered a protest against extra-judicial killing of MQM innocent worker Riazul Haq after brutally torturing him for the last one and half year in their torture houses. He said that it was 70th extra-judicial killing Rangers and law enforcement agencies.

He said that Muhajirs were so unfortunate for still paying ransoms for founding Pakistan for the last 70 years. He said that MQM continuously pursuing all the illegal activism from the Rangers and police against innocent civilians and filed hundreds of petitions for forceful disappearances and illegal abductions in the name of arrest.

Talking on the occasion MQM’s senior leader Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that the city turned to be a place of suppression and discriminations. He said that it was state’s responsibility to provide protection and security to the people and if state itself involved in extra-judicial killings of innocent civilians then nothing could be done for betterment.

He said that if the law would have been in power than Riazul Haq would not be killed that reflected sheer loathes of the authorities and law enforcement agencies. He said that if the city would rise to protect itself against illegal activism of LEAs than everything would be changed.

Dr Khalid Maqbool said it was so unfortunate with Pakistan that it came under the control of slave mentality and its independence was hijacked. He said that if Muhajirs were not to be treated appropriately than they were enough to change the entire system.
