NadeemNusrat condemns Rangers’ attempt to manipulate facts

The Convener of Muttahida Quami Movement NadeemNusrat categorically rejected Rangers’ stance over the extra-judicial killing of Aftab Ahmed and said that he was fully fit and healthy.

In a statement issued from London Secretariat, NadeemNusrat appealed the Chief Justice Supreme Court, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and Core Commander Sindh to take notice and form an unbiased investigation commission to probe the brutality within a week.

He said that the court remanded Aftab Ahmed in Rangers custody for 90 days and during the custody the Rangers personnel brutally tortured him to death which was evident. He said that the Rangers knavishly trying to conceal the brutality through untrue statements and fake medical reports.

The Convener said that the Rangers took charge the process of postmortem, and forced the doctors and paramedics to go out of the morgue while preparing the autopsy report. He said that the Rangers maliciously trying to change the autopsy report to conceal the fatal torture was sheer violation of human rights.
